During my career at BMW, in my position as editor of the ATZ, MTZ and ATZelektronik trade journals and as part of the ATZlive organizational team for symposia, I have had and are regularly involved in future topics for the automotive industry. Career & relevant knowledge

After completing his studies in mechanical engineering,  Dr. Johannes Liebl worked for BMW successfully for more than 30 years, most recently as Head of Department Development of the Complete Vehicle "Efficient Dynamics". In 2007, he received an honorary doctorate from the Technical University of Dresden for his role as a driver in the reduction of CO2 emissions. Today, he is the publisher of the automotive journals ATZ, MTZ and ATZelektronik of Springer Fachmedienverlag in Wiesbaden and is the organizer of various automotive conferences. He also works as a consultant in the industry.

Prof. Dr. Peter Bräutigam is a lawyer and partner at Noerr LLP. He is a recognized specialist in the field of information technology law. His range of advice includes all questions of IT law and digitization / Industry 4.0 with the following focal points: software development and maintenance contracts, framework and project contracts as well as outsourcing contracts and service level agreements, data protection, right to data, cyber security, liability issues (software -) Licensing issues, networking and problems in the IP environment.

He started his career at Noerr in 1994. In addition, Prof. Dr. Peter Bräutigam honorary professor for media and internet law at the University of Passau and lecturer for IT law. Prof. Dr. Peter Bräutigam studied law at the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich and received his doctorate in law.

 

Prof. Dr. Peter Bräutigam is a member of the following additional statutory supervisory boards and comparable domestic and foreign supervisory bodies:

  • Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Blue Cap AG

  • Board of Directors of the Familia Private Foundation

Regardless of this, he is still represented on the following bodies:

Career & relevant knowledge

Since 2011, Mr. Dieter Gauglitz has been working as an auditor and consultant for medium-sized and listed companies in the areas of accounting, corporate finance and the capital market. In recent years he has been a board member of S & T AG and interim CFO of Kontron Europe GmbH. His other activities included project management in acquisitions, takeover bids and restructurings as well as due diligences. Since 2014, he has chaired the Audit Committee of Telefónica Deutschland Finanzierungs GmbH. Prior to his freelance work, he spent three years as CFO / Member of the Management Board of Kontron AG, before that he was a member of Ernst & Young's Audit & Assurances and Transaction Advisory team for 12 years.
