At the request of NorCom Information Technology AG, Dr. Johannes Liebl was appointed by the Munich District Court, Register Court, as a new member of the Supervisory Board and Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of NorCom Information Technology AG.

His mandate was confirmed at the Annual General Meeting of the Company from July 14, 2017 until the end of the Annual General Meeting, which resolves on the discharge of the Supervisory Board for the financial year 2021.

Career & relevant knowledge

After completing his studies in mechanical engineering,  Dr. Johannes Liebl worked for BMW successfully for more than 30 years, most recently as Head of Department Development of the Complete Vehicle "Efficient Dynamics". In 2007, he received an honorary doctorate from the Technical University of Dresden for his role as a driver in the reduction of CO2 emissions. Today, he is the publisher of the automotive journals ATZ, MTZ and ATZelektronik of Springer Fachmedienverlag in Wiesbaden and is the organizer of various automotive conferences. He also works as a consultant in the industry.

Since 2011, Mr. Dieter Gauglitz has been working as an auditor and consultant for medium-sized and listed companies in the areas of accounting, corporate finance and the capital market. In recent years he has been a board member of S & T AG and interim CFO of Kontron Europe GmbH. His other activities included project management in acquisitions, takeover bids and restructurings as well as due diligences. Since 2014, he has chaired the Audit Committee of Telefónica Deutschland Finanzierungs GmbH. Prior to his freelance work, he spent three years as CFO / Member of the Management Board of Kontron AG, before that he was a member of Ernst & Young's Audit & Assurances and Transaction Advisory team for 12 years.

Prof. Dr. Peter Bräutigam is a lawyer at the law firm Noerr. He is a proven specialist in the field of information technology law. His consulting range covers all issues of IT law and digitalization / Industry 4.0 with the following main focuses: software development and maintenance contracts, framework and project contracts as well as outsourcing contracts and service level agreements, data protection, data law, cyber security, liability issues, (Software -) licensing issues, networking and problems in the IP environment. He started his career with Noerr back in 1994. In addition, Prof. Dr. Peter Bräutigam is Honorary Professor of Media and Internet Law at the University of Passau and Lecturer in IT Law. Prof. Dr. Peter Bräutigam studied law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich and obtained his doctorate in law.
